Pokédex Entry-
Because lightning falls in their vicinities, Manectric were thought to have been born from lightning. In battle, they create thunderclouds.

History-

Panda was never suppose to be born.

Later in life, some might think this is a good thing, as Panda was not always loved or appreciated. However, the statement remains a fact, and one the Manectric has known since birth.

The Arcanine bloodline had been pure for many generations. No one dared to try and challange this, but the father of Panda's was not exactly honor bound. The canine had many affairs with other women for pure pleasure, nothing more and nothing less, but he did not always make the wisest decisions. And sleeping with the maid's partner Pokemon may not have been the best move.

Appearance-
- Normal coloration for his species
- Around his right eye is a perfect bright purple colored circle marking
- Bright teal-blue eyes

Personality-
Pros: Caring, intelligent, insightful, full of energy, fast thinker, friendly, full of energy, good at following orders
Cons: Seems naive, loud, annoying, talks too much and too fast, too hyper
Other: Loves to run and always on his feet moving this way and that, has a higher voice than the average male

- Very straight sexualitywise, but due to his much higher voice and flamboyant personality, it is assumed he is either homosexual or just a girl. It can take a lot of convincing sometimes to prove that he is indeed a heterosexual guy. lol
- In a relationship with Soja
- Knows Tryvex's Hudor from working within the Facility
- Got his name from the circle around his eye
- Father was an Arcanine, and his father's father was the Arcanine whom the original founder of the Agency raised. Panda is the first of the line to be not an Arcanine. This Arcanine is also Caine's foster father and Leevea's biolgical father, making Panda half brothers with Leevea when she is born year later.
- Easy going and cheery in general and insults don't bug him much, but one jab that will make him hault like a slap to the face are any that revolve around 'your family doesn't love you' or anything to do with parents, especially fathers. He just shuts down if someone pulls that on him.

Pros: Strong, intelligent, good figter, always up for a good battle, no fear of undead
Cons: Aggressive, blunt, snappy, quiet, slower physically, antisocial, socially awkward, dislikes large groups, no sympathy for weak, dislikes young and children, hates loud
Other: Very gruff, does not talk often and always in only a few handful of words, has a personal vendeta against Zapdos

- Permission was given for Zapdos to be so heavily referenced in history
- Due to her species, she has a deeper voice than most females. This sometimes leads to being beleived she is male.
- Indeed in a relationship with Panda
- Knows Tryvex's Hudor; they have a mutual respect for eachother both as the best in their class but also as flier slayers.
- Had permission from Zapdos for so much referencing as well as trying to kill him and all
- She only really has it out for Zapdos himself, otherwise being fairly reserved and almost docile. She won't fight or start a battle unless greatly pushed to or someone harasses Panda.
