History	"Done to death by slanderous tongue Was the Hero that here lies" Claudius was a librarian from when he was young, being the Pokemon of the owner of the Canalave Library. He helped his trainer sort books every day, perfectly memorizing the Dewey Decimal system and working day and night. Eventually he learned how to read English, and became an avid reader of all of Shakespeares plays, especially Hamlet. Eventually he became so great in his job that he was given a place in the Sinnoh Library Council, being delivered books daily and working Sinnoh-wide with other smaller, quaint libraries. He became great friends with a young Swellow who always visited Canalave to pick up some books to go to Hearthome. Eventually, he evolved, but when he did, the Epidemic hit. But due to Canalave being an island, they didn't get wind of it as quickly as the other places in Sinnoh. One day, as he waited for the Swellow to arrive again to pick up Romeo and Juliet, he saw a flock of birds, all of them members of the Library council, all headed for Canalave. At first, he thought it was because they had recently got a new shipment of great books, as they seemed to have something strapped to their backs. He was excited, rushing out to the port to meet them. He was terribly wrong. Strapped to their backs were all ripped-off wings and skulls, bones and carcasses of dead bird Pokemon, cruelly put together and stitched. In the lead was the Swellow, she no longer had eyes, and her legs were gone, completely ripped off. The flock headed straight for the library, scared, Claudius ran to the library and grabbed all of the books he can, dragging them out. But then he realized it wasn't the library the flock was after, but him. In shock and desperation, he ran as far as he can, which wasn't very far since Canalave was a small island. He was soon bombarded by sharp beaks and bloody talons, scraping at him and pecking at his eyes, which eventually exploded after being pecked hard. Many of them raked him across the chest and back, blood spurted everywhere. He ran, feebly, back to the library, where he soon passed out. Eventually he woke up, mind crazed and beaks thirsty for blood, as he recited famous quotes from William Shakespeare. "To be, or not to be."

User Notes	He will constantly blurt out random quotes from Shakespeare, due to loving the play-writes so much. He no longer understands what the quotes mean, just uses them. He is named after Claudius from Hamlet, the king of Denmark. Take his glasses away and you will see the consequence. His blind head (far left) is often guilty of sobbing loudly while his half-blind head (far right) is often guilty of laughing like a madman. This is representative of comedies and tragedies.
