Appearance	Tsito is a very unique Milotic in most every aspect. This gorgous serpent is longer and slimmer than most of his species, much more like a snake than having the thickness of body at the base of his neck. His fins are genuinely average and with little special qualities to them, until you look close and see the skars. In small lines in between scales on his face and the fins attached by his eyes are scars from years of abusive actions by the humans he once obeyed. Though these are not visible unless looked upon very closely, Tsilotism makes no moves to conceal them though, but will deny their true origins if ever questioned. Gifted with a particularly masculine face, this Milotic shines with a particular hansome glow instead of the usual feminine beauty of his species. With a strong jaw and a pronounced chin, this Milotic is always smirking. His eyes are a deep crimson red, the colour of a pool of blood, and more often than not are the only physical appearance of his inner pain. His eyes will always betray his actual feelings, no matter how much his actions say otherwise. But the truely most noticable traits of this Milotic are in his colouration. He is that of a normal shiny of his species, dipped in bold gold and hot pink, his fins a soft lilac. However even then he is set apart from the rest with his one of a kind markings. Going from his nose, over the oxcipital spike, and down his back to the markings on his tail are small stripe markings that are a very deep shade of a neon mixture of blue and green. Likewise, from right under his chin, starting at the base of his throat, all the way to where his tail markings start are soft, half faded white speckles. They fade almost like small, soft clouds on the underside of his body, and can sometimes be difficult to spot.
Personality	PROS:  || Smooth talker || Calm || Atteactive || Sociable || Fun || Not easily offended || Tsilotism is a very complicated Pokemon with many layers to his personality. On the surphace, he appears superficial, only skin deep, with his many calm and sociable qualities. Tsito loves a good group gathering, having always enjoyed being in a circle with many around to converse and laugh with. Always upbeat and with a friendly attitude, it can be difficult not to outright love the guy or enjoy being in his pressence. The Milotic is a master of the spot light and never ceases to demand more attention. Though this can annoy others of even make jealous ones envious, Tsito takes no mind.  Difficult to offend and quick when speaking both comebacks and compliments, it is not easy to ruffle his feathers. His voice is often a slow drawl, making others hang on ever word he says, and he sometimes will not speak much at all. Cause that's what cool guys do. Due to his natural beauty and charisma, it is no surprise that Tsilotism takes a special intrest in the ladies and them in him. Cons: annoyingly persisstant, never honest about feelings to self, self loathing, depressed, doesnt let self commit/love, manwhore, perverty, can put off others, rash/acting without seeing consequences, seem insensetive, prone to self destructive behavior, doesnt want a long life, suicidal in most actions/unconcerned for living or dying Other: loves a good time, dare devil, acts fairly homosexual at times, enjoys making others uncomfortable, shameless, very touchy/feely despite other's protest
