Personality	Hard worker | Loves children | Fantastic fighter | Photographic memory | Hides feelings well |  Honestly cares deep down Hephaestus has several good qualities that go under his name. When motivated, the Xatu will stop at nearly nothing to accomplish what he set out to do. Sometimes even becoming reckless due to this. Tending to be blinded by the goal and thus is messy in the steps to reach said goal, it is more often than not that he, along with anyone unlucky enough to be with him, gets knocked back on his tail feathers. On the opposite end of this, is his famed laziness. If there is nothing in it for him to gain, Hephaestus is more than content to sit on the side lines and let other people do the dirty work without him lifting a feather. Due to this quality, he is a monster on the battle feild. After so many years of fighting, both before and after becoming one of Cipher's drones, Forger loves and thrives in destruction this way. His favorite battle style is ruthless and headstrong, using his two special attack moves to cause chaos for his foes. Blessed with a Photographic memory, Forger can remember any detail of any conversation he has had as long as he was paying attention. As a child, this ability was not hindered, but after being rescued from his being a Shadow Pokemon, his mind is not what it used to be and his memory has suffered. Having almost selective memories of detail and blurs, he cannot control what he will or will not remember. Cursed by this, he can be seen as dull sometimes when not remembering something just spoken to him. He is also a huge family guy and a sucker for young children or those yet to reach adulthood that still act young. Ironicly, Hephaestus despises teenages with a passion, being biased against them no matter how that act, but is oddly neutral against adults until they give him a reason to like or dislike them. He is renounded to be sexist along with this, often mocking women to borderline cruel at times. He will only stop making jabs when they prove to earn his respect, but it is not difficult, and he has no problem switching to a kinder way of treating them. Heff also has very strong instincts to care and protect the living, no matter age or gender, and is ruthless when something threatens the group he considers to be under his protection at the time. But when danger passes, Hephaestus goes right back to being his aloof self and will half deny that he ever did. Not good with people | Tends to be blunt and insensetive even when trying to help | Becomes aggitated easily, can have a bad temper | Smug | Doesn't  like to fight so much if it might get blood on his hat | Sensetive about his shininess | Fairly immature at times Forger is not one to be all openly caring and lovey; due to the trauma of his life and the way he was raised in three completely seperate kind of enviornments, he is very awkward socially. He does not know how to show his emotions and how he really feels and never fails to worsen the situation as soon as he makes an effort to try and help. Being blunt and just oblivious to most reactions, Hephaestus can easily make an enemy without even realizing it. Easily becoming aggitated wit himself, the Xatu has a mighty temper. Set off more often than he can help, the short fuse is easily set off more by his frustrations with how he acts than people outside of his head. Sensetive in many ways, Hephaestus feels uneasy when his shiny appearance is commented on and will be quick to snap a reply in return. But despite his hidden failing self esteem, Heff gives off a very powerful confident and smug air. Always grinning in a dirty way with a way of brushing people off without a second thought, it can be difficult to anger the avian unless you know just how to get to him. Infamously immature, Hephaestus is not above simple and childish behaviors. He will pull out dares when he deems them nessisary and will in turn never back down from one himself. Not above making irritating gestures and havits like not speaking to someone, he does not act his own age at these times and has a natural knack for getting under the skin of those unfortunate enough to be around him for too long. A germaphobic at heart, in turn Hephaestus can not stand getting blood, infected or clean, on himself. Despite loving the thrill of a fight, no matter how hopeless, he will not do anything to endanger the well being of his beloved hat. When spotting a speck of dirt or grime on it, Forger will obsesively clean it until in perfect health again. Adores his hat lol don't touch it | Oozing confidence |  So naive at times | Has no shame | Has a lot of pride go figure lol | Ex Shadow Pokemon Having had no normal childhood in the least, Hephaestus can be helplessly lost to the most natural of things and naive about many concepts. Sometimes taking on an almost child like persona, Heff can act like a small child in his behavior when trully shaken. Despite this, the Xatu oozes confidence. Never one to back down from a challange or be shown up, he will play the aloof cool guy until something sends his personality spiralling into one of the many branches the complex bird has. Forger's only prized possesion is his hat. He gaurds it feircely and will not hesitate to lash out at any who mean it harm. Proud of its uniqueness and sarrowful of the happier times it represents, he would rather let himself be harmed than something happen to the hat. As a side note, Helhaestus is an ex Shadow Pokemon. He was under the control and has all of his memories from the experiance and can recall the thrill of killing. Having long since been purified, the traumatic experiance has already left its mark. His mind functioning in ways that make no sense sometimes, the Xatu can be prone to odd bouts of wrath and sarrow along with strange memory blimps. These episodes, however, are very rare, and only show in moments of deep distress.
User Notes	- Had permission to make this character as well as permission from Azelf to have them involved in history and such - Has many nicknames includibg Heff, Shiny Boy, Forger - He can see visions of the furture with his left eye and visions of the past with his left, this sometimes leads to him seeing disturbing images and affects him greatly. Likewise, his visions mostly revolve around things that are a constant in his life and such, so he has had vauge sightings of Legends and the Epidemic before. Nothing too informative, though. - He keeps the hat on using Psychic whenever he feels the urge to right it or it falls off - Misses his brother a lot and stresses himself out a lot of the time because of it
