History	-egg hatched months before epidemic, two wild parents -parents killed making their way to land, chinchou found by kindly stranger -cared for by a human for years until he got infected -dying, sent off his Scizor to save the child as he died in agony -seeking refuge in cave, violently chased and cornered, forcer further inside -scizor trapped, throws child in river in last ditch effort to save her -child pops out a short walk from the main group, hearing voices, follows them WIP
Appearance	"Chinchou is a small, round, blue fish-like Pokémon with a pair of tiny white fins and two small blue feet. Chinchou's eyes have unique pupils that are shaped like plus signs. It has two antennae that are positioned on its rear like two tails. There is a yellow teardrop-shaped orb at the end of each antenna." Being only a small child, she is a very small representation of her species, but is growing strong. No scars or marks, she was kept relatively unscathed even as everyone died saving her. Wide eyes that of only a child, she always has a wide smile on her face.
Personality	PROS: Happy, strong for her age, optimistic, cheerful CONS: Naive, oblivious, short tempered, spoiled NEUTRALS: Loves the wet and rain and rivers, particularly fond of her own lights -She tends to get easily distracted by her own twin lights, and will paw at them with her stumpy fins, going into a giggling fit and ignoring anyone around. -Having always been the baby of whoever she was with, she is used to getting anything she desires and now expects it. Although around four or five years old, she is prone to fits just like a human child. The worst part is that she screeches at the top of her lungs while flashing her lights, so undead are automatically attracted to her. -Even though she is young, she is not at all understanding of the concept of death. She just knows that her parents aren't around anymore nor the old man that used to carry her. She doesn't remenis nor is she worried at all; it is almost unhealthy how much time she spends just obsessed with now, never even asking about her past. -She is young, but able to speak. Her words are oftentimes slurred and at weird pitches, so misunderstanding her is common.
User Notes	-She was never given a name, only ever called by her species, so she is suspectable to being nicknamed by a character in RP. -She has the illuminate ability, which will be very important in RP.
