History The small Eevee was born in the wild, in the cold midnight hours of a spring day, however the peace was not meant to be. Her family consisted of an older Flareon brother, her Jolteon birth mother, and a second Glaceon mother. The Glaceon caused chaos in the Eevee's toddler years, physically abusing her mother and on times turning on the children. Taught to hide and be quiet at a young age, Ci did just that, until finally at the age of four...her mother took the two children away from the Glaceon, running for days on end until reaching a forest peaceful with solitude. In the years that followed, the scars from the Glaceon's abuse to Ciana faded away, and she tentatively grew to be a curious child exploring her neighborhood.

It was in that forest that she met another female Eevee her own age, one that Ciana soon discovered had never been named. As her older brother grew rebellious and angry in his teenage years, Ci was allowed to spend as much time with her friend as she wished, over time coming to almost adopt her as she spent more and more time with Ci's family. It was a simple life, as Ciana forgot there could be anything wrong with the world, but after a few years, her mother informed Ci that they would be moving on to a different forest. She explained that it was dangerous, humans coming closer and closer, but the Eevee did not understand. She wailed and cried for days after leaving her only friend behind.

Settling themselves down in another remote forest, it was not long after Ciana's mother found herself in another relationship, this time with an Umbreon. She was not physical with the children like the Glaceon had been, but her son was. A terror of an Eevee, he held no boundaries, no self control, and only cared for himself. On more than one occasion attacking Ciana for no reason or throwing sharp man made objects at her, the Eevee grew cold and hardened from the abuse. Her mother could do nothing to stop her mate's son, but her brother stood up for her on multiple occasions. The Flareon attacked the Eevee in retaliation for hurting his sister until the tensions rose too high. It was two years of hell for the family, until Ciana's mother finally stood up for herself and left the Umbreon and her son, taking her family elsewhere, yet again. Ciana was ten years old by this point.

Having come of age, her brother moved on and left his family to be on his own not long after they were free. It was a swift but sad farewell, Ciana crying as her brother walked away. Now just her mother and her, the Jolteon wasn't used to the feeling of being so alone-- even when they were fighting, the small Eevee had always been able to spend time with her older brother, curling into his thick fur and feeling safe. Growing closer with her mother, the Eevee began to think about what she was to do with her life from there. She began to obsess with evolution, asking her mother all kinds of questions; she learned of the standard three, the two from friendship, the ice and grass, as well as folklore about a dragon type and ghost type. Ci felt overwhelmed, she would evolve someday, but what would she be?...

She found herself with little to no friends in her area. All of the other children had grown up with each other, had bonded over time, and she was just a new kid on the block. Shy and timid, her awkward aura did almost all of the work in deterring new friends. Thus Ci spent her time by herself, learning the forest and watching the trees and sky. It was around her twelfth year that her mind became her worst enemy; nightmares started to surface, a growing exhaustion tugging at her paws. The tired grew, becoming a heaviness in her gut she could not fight. Sinking into depression, she could not figure out why she was so sad all the time.

However, one day she heard someone whisper her. A man's voice, but when she looked around she saw no one. Disregarding it, Ci figured it was just her consciousness, but after an amount of time, she started to speak back. Always by herself, everyone always busy, she didn't mind speaking to an imaginary friend. She might have been too old, but oh well, she wasn't hurting anyone. The nightmares drove her deeper and deeper into the pit of depression, however, vivid scenes of death and colour, the Eevee took to training herself in order to keep her mind off. Her eating habits dropped gradually over the the course of half a year, but she appeared cheerful enough to keep her mother from questioning. For years she did nothing exciting in her eyes, merely existing as she coped with her mind and spoke to the man inside her head, but it was when she was about sixteen years old that life changed again.

On a hot summer day, a freak storm whipped up over Ci's home. A dry thunderstorm, the booming and lightning terrified the Eevee. Having been away from home, she booked it, running back home, when suddenly the scent of fire was all around. All she could do was watch as the blaze rose seemingly out of thin air, screaming for her mother as she ran. Lost, confused, and scared, she was disorientated and as an anxiety attack shot adrenalin through her, the teenager ran. It seemed like hours before she stopped, the fire and the forest together far behind. Still lost, she passed out, not even aware of her surroundings. Upon waking, Ci realised she was by an old human building. Looking around, she saw the collection of rocks she had slept next to, and with horror saw the gold and greed gems shine. Thunder stones. One inspection confirmed it-- having no even known her own surroundings, the Eevee must have evolved just as she passed out, and become a Jolteon overnight.

Her immediate thought was to celebrate, she had evolved! But what an embarrassing evolution story... In either case, Ci had not really decided on what she had wanted to evolve into, so it being Jolteon was actually the best that could have happened on accident. But the real problem was how to get home. Looking around, there was no clear indication of where to go, trees really showing in the distance of almost every direction. The Jolteon was not really holding out that she would find her old, destroyed home as she started walking in a random direction. It was that afternoon that she reached the trees, and it was indeed not her home. Birds chattered about the storm only a day ago, but even their sweet singing did nothing to soothe the young Jolteon. Tired, hungry, emotionally exhausted, she just collapsed at the base of a tree. A short time later, Ci found herself roused by a clawed foot of a Linoone. Startled, she almost missed the words the normal type said, asking if she was alright or needed help. Taken back by the stranger, she did admit her situation, to which the stranger immediately offered her a paw full of berries. Gathering up other wild Pokemon, Ci watched as a Swanna, a pair of Voltorb, even a Dratini, and many more began to show up all offering aid. It was the start of something beautiful.

Having never seen so many concerned Pokemon gathered before, the Jolteon was unsure how to react, but gratefully accepted their aid. That night she even was able to stay with the Linoone in his den, learning about the community around the forest. Apparently he was considered the one to go to no matter what, everyone respected and looked up to him, and the entire community cared for one another. Oftentimes chased away or abandoned by trainers, they all found solstice there. After little thought, Ci accepted his offer to stay there, and she began to learn everyone's names and how to fit in. Her mood lifted almost instantly as she was welcomed with warm arms into their family, everyone's friend just by getting to know them. The feelings were so foreign, but the Jolteon did not complain. Time went on and she was finally happy, even engaging in the training sessions and becoming much stronger than on her own. The Linoone was an ex trainer's Pokemon, and explained that he found random human objects all the time, including a massive stack of shiny disks he explained were TMs. Knowing how they worked and how to use them, he was encouraged anyone interested to go get one or two. Becoming a favourite among everyone, Ci was pushed to get more TMs taught to her than most the rest, all of them perfectly matching her nature. After three years, all four moves were taught to her by human means without a single human present.

But the peace was not meant to be. Similar to when she was an Eevee, another freak storm hit their forest. Ci worked along with the rest of the adults to put the children away and make sure they were safe, but the winds soon were too intense for anyone to handle. Fighting to get back to her den, Ci encountered a stranger, a Skarmory she had never seen before. She disorientated Pokemon must have thought the Jolteon was attacking, sending out a massive gust of wind in a Whirlwind technique. Crying out, Ci was whipped up all too easily and swept far away. Knocked to the ground with force, the Eeveelution cried out as she smashed her shoulder to the ground. And as her luck would have it, a trainer just happened to be fleeing from the storm, and threw out a Primer Ball to catch the Jolteon even while still running. Her entire life gone in a flash. The only fortunate factor was how Ci was immediately taken to a PokeCentre and allowed to heal. But once the weather calmed, the human tried using the wild caught Jolteon in a fight. Terrified, Ci watched as the opposing trainer sent out a menacing Weavile. Not used to fighting, she fled instead. Later that day in the private scene of their own hotel room, she received a tight smack from her new trainer. The human barked at her, yelling and only making the Jolteon more and more depressed.

For months she was forced to obey the cold man, lest she want to be hit again, but he still made her life miserable. Not once did she win in any of the hard trainer battles, and he threatened to have her put down if she did not try harder. It was months after that the epidemic broke out, the call for all trainers to release their Pokemon going out. Ci was releived to have been finally let out again, but she did not know what was happening at first. As time went on, undead monsters emerged, trying to attack her, and the Jolteon was forced to flee, only able to keep herself uninfected with her quick feet.
Appearance "Jolteon is a quadruped, mammalian Pokémon. It is covered in yellow fur with a spiky fringe around its tail, and a white ruff around its neck. In addition to the ability to become sharp like needles, Jolteon's fur also amplifies the electrical charges produced by its cells. It can also store and generate negative ions in its fur, which create a sparking noise. Its ears are large and pointed, and its eyes and small nose are black. It has slender legs and small paws, each with three toes and a pink paw pad."

Ci sports a pelt with various shades of white and soft gold, very unlike the normally bright yellow of her species. Her face and tail are notably lighter, her ears and toes stark white, while her legs darken all the way up to her paws. In addition, white stripes line the top of her long tail and darker arrow like markings line both her cheeks and both heels. Grey cross like markings come from the corners of her eyes, while white ones of the same shape go from the bottom of her lips to her chin. She has a pair of dark brown eyes, the orbs often times wide and seemingly staring right through you-- with the glazed expression and washed out face, she is unintentionally eerie to see at night.

Her body shape is the expected thin and drawn out frame of a Jolteon, however she is exceptionally small for her size, and clearly under weight.
Personality PROS: Honest, clever, neutral, practical, strong
CONS: Blunt, antisocial, tired, anxious, detached, cynical, sensetive, cold
NEUTRAL: Loves nature, terrified of undead, hypocritical, awkward, endlessly curious, oddly innocent
-She has a great amount of fears, almost entirely plaguing her day to day life, but in spite of her fears she does not let it cripple her in most accounts. While making new allies is very hard for her, risking herself to forage for food or venturing into undead infested cities is not nearly as hard.
-Her entire personality is very contradictory, but only at her own expense most of the time. She will be furious at someone for endangering themselves, but would do the same without a second thought. She does not care for her own safety.
-Bearing the weight of a mental disabilities, she has various issues such as mild PTSD, constant nightmares, and both hearing and seeing things that do not make exist.
-The voice she talks to inside of her head has been named Koru. She doesn't believe to be crazy or wish someone harm, she sees no issues with having him there. She does not tell others about him, however, and while she may speak to him often, she does not often say much back.
User Notes -This is a complete remake of a character, her original profile informtion found here.
-Cousin of Ellyll the Jolteon, who is the grown up version of her childhood friend. Ci does not know they are related.
-Her father was an Arcanine, and her mother a lesbian, so she had an affair with the Arcanine just to conceive a child unbeknownst to him. Her brother shares a mother with Ciana, but his father is a different unknown Pokemon to her.
-Over the years of stress, her body has not taken to it well. She has pained joints, headaches, and constant stomach issues. Though the latter tends to be from her unhealthy and irregular eating habits.
-She has repressed memories of all of the abusive times in her childhood, able to recall it happened but not feeling any emotion from it. This is one of the triggers for her nightmares.
-The abandoned building she had passed out by the night of the fire, was an old quarry, where they gathered gems and such out of the ground. However it was recent that some trainers went there looking for loot and found the large mound of Thunder stones in the ground. They had dug it up when the storm started, and would have returned later that day to pick up their bounty. Had she stayed there, she would have encountered them.
